Certainly not, but there are things you can do to prevent further damage. We recommend that you cover the crack with clear tape in order to keep any dirt or water out. Make an appointment as soon as possible because fresh (clean) cracks always repair better than old ones and, as stated above, shorter cracks are cheaper to repair.
